Little Loungers® Return Policy

We offer a straightforward return policy for all online purchases, subject to the terms outlined below.

Online Purchases

  • Full Refund: Return your items within 7 days from the date you receive your order. Please ship it back within 3-4 days to ensure it reaches us on time.

  • Store Credit: You have up to 14 days to return items for store credit.

Please Note:

  • Little Parni's Collection are final sale and are only eligible for exchange or store credit.

Once your return is processed, we will email you a store credit.

Return Guidelines:

  • Items must be undamaged, unused, and in original condition with all tags, labels, and barcodes attached.
  • A sales receipt must accompany all returns.
  • Allow 5-7 business days for us to process refunds or exchanges.
  • Acceptance of returns is at our sole discretion.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

How to Return Your Item (USA)

  • A $6.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund if you use our provided shipping label.
  • If you prefer to handle shipping yourself, no fees will be deducted—simply attach your own stamps.

International Returns:

  • Please use a reliable courier for returns. This is not a pre-paid service, so you will need to pay for postage and attach the appropriate stamps.

In-Store Pickup:

In-store pickup follows the same return policy. Items must be picked up within 24 hours of the notification email to qualify for a return.
