Return & Exchange Policy
Little Loungers - offers a simple returns policy for all products purchased online - subject to the rules detailed below.
Online Purchase:
- Full Refund - You have 7 days from when you receive your package to return your order.
- Store Credit -You have up to 14 Days to return your items for a store credit.
- PLEASE NOTE: PARNI IS FINAL SALE- EXCHANGE OR RETURN FOR STORE CREDIT
Once we receive your item, we will email you a store credit.
Terms & Conditions
• Returned items must be undamaged, unused, in its original condition and packaged with all labels, tags and barcodes still attached.
• Sales Receipts must also be attached with all returns.
• Please allow 5-7 working days from receipt of a return for us to process a refund or exchange. Once a refund is processed you will receive a confirmation email.
• Please note that the acceptance of the return of a product for refund or exchange is in our absolute and sole discretion.
• We cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen packages.
HOW TO START A RETURN IN USA
A shipping label will be provided for you.
A Dollar 7 shipping charge for all returns will be automatically deducted from your refund if this label is used.
Make sure to only return items that are refundable. If a non-refundable item is returned, the Dollar 7 charge will still be deducted and you are responsible for any additional shipping costs.
If you would like to ship your package back yourself feel free to add your own stamps, and shipping charges will not be deducted.
International
Send your package via a trustable courier, please note this is not a pre-paid service so don’t forget to attach stamps and pay for your postage.

EXCHANGE POLICY
If you would like a different size or color, please return your original purchase and place a new order online.
SALES POLICY
Anything 20% and over is final sale and can be exchanged for size only.

IN STORE PICKUP
Pickup has the same return policy as the store. The package must be picked up within 24 hours from when you receive an email notification, in order for you to be able to return your items.
