Online Purchases

  • Full Refund: Return your items within 7 days of receiving your order. (Please ship back within 2-3 days of initiating the return).

  • Store Credit: Need a little more time? Return within 14 days for a Little Loungers store credit.

Premium Collections & Sale Items

  • Designer Collections: Items from our premium designer collections are eligible for exchange or store credit only.

  • Clearance & Sale: Items discounted by 20% or more are eligible for exchange only.

Return Conditions & Processing

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags and barcodes securely attached. A receipt is required.

  • Refunds and store credits are processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Note: All returns are subject to approval. Little Loungers is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

How to Return (USA)

  • Use our convenient return label: A $6.99 fee will be deducted from your refund.

  • Ship on your own: No fee applied (simply use your own preferred courier and postage).

International Returns

  • Please use a reliable, tracked courier (postage must be pre-paid by the customer).

Exchanges To ensure you get the exact size or color you need, please return your original item for a refund or store credit and place a new, separate order for the desired item.
